Different products have different postage fees,
here’s how it works:
Standard Prints are charged at just £1.49 for up to 99 prints for any
combination of Standard Print sizes (6”x4”, 6”x4.5”, 5”x3.75”, 7”x5”
and 7”x5.5”).
Once you order more than 99 Standard Prints you move up to the next
postage bracket, which is £2.49 for up to 149 prints, and so on.
However, when you purchase different products in a single order, such
as a Greeting Card (postage £1.49) and an A4 Photobook (postage
£3.99), the individual postage fees are added together. So in this
example that’s £1.49 + £3.99 making a total postage charge of £5.48.
Courier & Special Delivery
Courier & Special Delivery charges are made in addition to the
Standard Postage fee. This charge is £3.50 for Courier and £5.00 for
Special Delivery. Therefore if you order a single 6”x4” print to be
delivered by Courier you would be charged £1.49 (Standard Postage) +
£3.50 (Courier) to make a total of £4.99
Turnaround times
Print orders are usually dispatched same day
if received by 4pm Monday to Friday. So most UK customers receive
their order the next morning. Larger orders and those with special
instructions may require more time. Email notification is sent as
soon as your order is dispatched.
